About Zoho One

Zoho One bundles business applications with centralized users, permissions and administration. Standard spans sales, service, finance, people operations, collaboration, analytics and low-code customization. Zoho Flow and marketplace connections can link workflows across the suite and external systems. The main licensing decision is whether to cover selected users or every employee on payroll. The all-employee model has a lower per-person rate but applies to the full eligible workforce. Essentials is a smaller edition with regional availability and a reduced app set.
