Is Startup Stacked free?
Browsing tools and using the stack calculator are free. Recommended stack guides are optional purchases priced at $7.99 USD each.
What does a stack guide include?
A selected set of tools, recommended starting plans, the reason for each choice, and an ordered setup checklist. Software subscriptions are not included.
Can I open a guide now?
Yes. Choose a guide, sign in, and complete checkout. Your purchased guide opens after payment confirmation.
Do I need an account?
You can build stacks without one. An account is needed for cloud saves. An account is also needed to buy and reopen a guide.
How do I move stacks between devices?
On the Account page, save your device stacks to your account. On another device, sign in and load the account save. Loading replaces that device’s stacks, so export any separate work first.
Are saves automatic?
Changes are saved in your browser when storage is available. Saving to your account is an explicit action on the Account page. A newer account save cannot be silently overwritten.
How many stacks can I keep?
You can keep up to three stacks in the builder. Export a backup before deleting a stack to make space.
Are totals exact invoices?
No. They are estimates based on your plans and entered costs. Taxes, usage, custom quotes, and provider changes can affect the actual bill.
How do I reopen a guide?
Sign in to the account used at checkout and open My Purchases. Your purchased guides are listed there.
Will buying sign me up for marketing?
No. Marketing signup is optional and separate from account and purchase messages.
How can I report a mistake?
Use Contact & Support and include the tool name, the incorrect detail, and a link to the source if you have one.
