Your saved stacks

Browsing tools and using the stack calculator remain free. Selections saved during the free launch remain available. Temporary free guide access did not grant a permanent paid guide license.

What your purchase includes

The displayed price of $7.99 USD buys access to one recommended stack guide, including selected tools, starting plans, explanations, and a setup checklist. This is a one-time payment. Software subscriptions are purchased separately. Sign in with the account used at checkout to find your guide in My Purchases.

The $24.99 USD Complete Stack Collection unlocks all nine guides listed in the collection offer. Future guides and software subscriptions are not included. A collection refund removes access granted by that collection; separately purchased guides retain their own access.

Final sale after access is provided

Because guides are digital content delivered through your account, purchases are final once access is provided. We do not offer refunds for changes of mind, except where applicable law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund.

Duplicate charges and access problems

We will refund duplicate charges. If you cannot access a purchased guide, contact us so we can help. If we cannot resolve the failure to provide access, we will refund that purchase. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank. Refunding a guide removes its paid access.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights, including remedies for content that is faulty or not as described. Where a statutory cancellation period applies, we honor it. We do not treat buying or opening a guide as consent to waive that right.

Email team@startupstacked.com with the email used to purchase, guide name, and order reference if available. Never send passwords or full card details.
