Evaluate the monthly close as well as invoice creation: imports, categorization, reconciliation and reports all need to fit. Simple Start may cover a single operator; inventory or project profitability points toward Plus. Advanced should have a specific reporting or control requirement, and payroll and payment fees belong in a separate cost estimate.
