The useful question is how often your team repeats the same presentation and how many people miss the scheduled session. eWebinar is worth evaluating when those limits are slowing demos or onboarding. Try an existing recording and check the attendee experience, question handling and total cost at your expected volume. This assessment draws on official documentation and the founder interview, not a hands-on test.

About eWebinar

eWebinar turns a recorded presentation into an on-demand or recurring session with chat and interactive prompts. Teams can reuse demos, customer onboarding and training while allowing attendees to ask questions on their own schedule. In her Stacked with Founders interview, cofounder Melissa Kwan explains that the idea grew out of repeatedly delivering sessions at her previous company. Her focus is expanding how many people a team can reach while preserving a real conversation. She describes asynchronous replies, conditional interactions and an attendee hub where people can revisit sessions and their notes. It fits repeatable presentations that do not need a presenter in the room every time. Keep a separate live format for timely announcements, guest Q&As and individual sales conversations. Someone still needs to own unanswered questions and keep recordings current. Melissa also discusses eChat and MCP-assisted creation in the interview; confirm availability and any additional charges before depending on them.
