About n8n

n8n builds automations on a visual canvas of triggers and actions, with code and API requests available when a packaged integration is not enough. Workflows can respond to schedules, webhooks, app events or chat messages and combine data processing with AI steps. You can use hosted n8n Cloud or run a self-hosted deployment. Cloud plans are priced by workflow executions rather than each individual step. Community Edition has no software subscription fee, while paid self-hosted editions add collaboration and governance. Self-hosting gives more infrastructure control but also leaves operation, updates and backups with your team.
