A few things to know
Is this really a one-time purchase?
Yes. Your purchase unlocks Subscription Manager for your account with no recurring manager fee. The launch product includes tracking up to 100 subscriptions, email date reminders, history, and exports. It is an online service; access depends on the service remaining available.
Does it connect to my bank or email inbox?
No. You enter and maintain your bills and dates. We don’t request bank credentials, scan your inbox, or automatically discover charges. That keeps you in control of the information you save.
How do reminders work?
Turn on email reminders for each subscription. We check dates hourly and send reminders 7 days before, 1 day before, and on the saved date, using UTC. They go to your confirmed account email. Delivery can be delayed or filtered; check important provider deadlines directly.
Will it cancel subscriptions for me?
No. Supported tools include a shortcut to official billing or cancellation help. Finish cancellation with the provider, then update the status in your manager. Contracts, fees, and app-store purchases may have different requirements.
Are my totals bank-verified?
No. Totals use the amounts you enter. Annual and quarterly bills are spread into monthly equivalents; upcoming charges show the full saved bill. Currencies are kept separate. Recorded payments and forecasts are clearly separated.
What happened to stack guides?
Guides are no longer offered for new purchases. Existing buyers can still open their guides from My Purchases. Your free My Stack tool and software library remain available.
