Higher plans add VIP levels and more ways to display a customer’s loyalty status throughout the shopping experience. Reports help the team review participation and program performance. The right tier depends on order volume, integrations and where rewards need to appear. Entry plans have order caps; Growth and Plus include an allowance with extra usage charges. Reward discounts, free products and shipping incentives also need their own margin budget.
